Blue Spring Surface Mount Base Unit

The patented Spring Return Signpost system transforms a standard signpost installation into a, full 360 degree impact recovering, passive safe signpost installation. Spring Return Sign Posts will always return to vertical after impact with the sign still in the correct orientation.

Bluespring units are  specifically designed to be fitted with a steel signpost  suitable for tough road use . Typical applications include; traffic  islands, splitter island, car parks, round abouts, causeways etc.

Blue Spring base units are designed to be fitted with 60mm OD  (2-3/8”) steel signposts between 0.9m to 1.6m tall. (1.4m is Standard). Blue Spring Base units are supplied as surface mounts (pictured) or socket mount versions (see related products) for ease of installation into any site.

* Maximum Wall 2.3mm or (3/32”)

Signpost Height Range:

* Min - 900mm (35”)

* Max - 1600mm (63”)

* Most Common Post Height - 1400mm (55”)

Sign Carrying Capacity:

* Fitted with the maximum 1600mm post the signpost assembly can recover one fitted 600 x 450mm al sign

* Fitted with a 1400mm post or less the signpost assembly can recover with two fitted 600 x 450mm al signs or similar
