Red Spring Surface Mount Base Unit

The patented Spring Return Signpost system transforms a standard signpost installation into a, full 360 degree impact recovering, passive safe signpost installation. Spring Return Sign Posts will always return to vertical after impact with the sign still in the correct orientation.

Red Spring units are specifically designed to be fitted with a steel signposts. Typical applications include; traffic islands, parking signs,car parks, round abouts, causeways etc.

Red Spring base units are designed to be fitted with 60mm OD (2-3/8”) steel signposts between 1.6m to 2.8m tall. (2.8m is Standard). Red Spring Base units are supplied as surface mounts (pictured) but can be adapted to socket mount locations using a SA411 Socket Mount Adaptor Kit. (see related products).

* Min - 1600mm (63”)

* Max - 2800mm (110”)

* Most Common Post Height - 2800mm (110”)

Sign Carrying Capacity:

* Fitted with the maximum 2800mm post the signpost assembly can recover one fitted 600 x 600mm al sign

* Fitted with a 2400mm post or less the signpost assembly can recover with two fitted 600 x 600mm al signs or similar
